Find nourishment for the mind, body and soul with Soul Honey Yoga. Our practice will focus on stress relief and relaxation, breathing as we move and stretch to release tension from the body and build flexibility and strength. We will wrap up our practice with a guided meditation for final relaxation.
Open to all levels as modification and variations will be offered.
Class will be held outside as long as the weather will allow, otherwise class will be held inside the community center. Limit of 25 attendees allowed inside.
