Calling all yogis who want to combine your yoga practice with a love of the outdoors! If you’re interested in hiking, walking, running/trail running and stand up paddle boarding (SUP) with an added yoga twist this is the group for you! Our land adventures will generally consist of a 30 minute yoga warm-up followed by a run/walk or hike of varying distances & times and wrap up with a 30 minute yoga cool down with meditation. Our water excursions will combine paddling, SUP yoga and meditation. Meetups will be held at various locations around the Triangle.
