Join me for Soul Honey Beer Yoga at Oaklyn Springs Brewery (OSB) every third Thursday of the month from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. This all levels energizing vinyasa yoga practice begins with centering and a warm up followed by a flowing sequence of sun salutations and standing postures designed to build strength, stability and flexibility. We link conscious breath with a mindful flow to rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit! Bring your own mat, water and a towel. Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins. Class Fee is $15 and includes a $5 drink card that can be redeemed at the brewery after class.
