Thank you for checking out Soul Honey Yoga! My goal as a Yoga teacher is to guide individuals to connect the mind, body and breath in order to relax, relieve stress and anxiety, build strength and resilience. I promote Yoga for real bodies of all shapes, sizes, ages and abilities. I want participants in my classes to have fun, laugh and enjoy themselves. I am a “Let’s not be so serious Yogi”. Most of all I want to provide Yoga classes that are comfortable and safe places where the focus is more on how we feel in a posture or form than how we look. That is my goal and commitment.
I am currently offering Virtual Yoga classes via Zoom. Please click on the link above for class descriptions and times. I have classes early Tuesday and Thursday mornings (30 minutes), Wednesday evenings (45 minutes) and early Saturday mornings (60 minutes). I am also available for private, semi-private and corporate Yoga sessions (including chair Yoga).
